This photograph was taken looking out into the ocean at the point by the lighthouse of Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada, while heavy fog moved into the area. The rocks in the foreground are the famous granite rocks located by the lighthouse..
Peggy's Cove is a small rural community located on the eastern shore of St. Margarets Bay in Nova Scotia's Halifax Regional Municipality, which is famous for the Peggy's Point Lighthouse.
